Drawing on the homeowners's creative spirit, they transformed an old factory building, injecting coulor, art and timeless materiality into the spaces. The history of the house with its corrugated iron facade was the inspiration for the current 'look and feel' of the house. The interior is minimalist in industrial style, with rough brickwork and solid concrete combined with polished terrazzo and warm wooden floors. The whole is finished with custom-made retro pieces, Portuguese handicrafts, and unique items in cheerful colors from local artists.
Fabrica No Jardim (120 m2) is spread over three floors, with a beautiful kitchen/dining room downstairs with access to the two charming terraces (40m2) and the private garden (50m2). On the first floor is a double bedroom and the upper floor features an attractive living room with a double bed and beautiful views. This comfortable double bed is specially designed. It is a proper bed with real mattresses, that can be turned into a sofa.
Surrounded by greenery you will find an oasis of peace here and yet you are just a short walk away from the center of the bustling city with numerous sights. Not far from the Atlantic Ocean, Porto also offers the chance to spend time on the beach and the picturesque Douro Valley invites you to taste the famous Port wines.

- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, steamer and Espresso machine and opens onto a small front terrace, a large rear terrace, and a private garden. Outside you will find a dining table and barbecue.
- On the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
- On the second floor is a comfortable and spacious living room with two sofas, one of which is a delightful double bed. A Smart TV, colorful decorations, and a beautiful view of the city make this room an absolute oasis. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- All rooms in the house are air-conditioned and can be cooled in summer and heated in winter.
