Farmhouse 1604 has 4 beautiful apartments of different sizes, which are suitable for 2-8 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, 1-3 bedrooms, spacious bathrooms with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony or terrace. The two larger apartments (Farmers Home and Fishermans Home) are spread over two floors, while the two smaller loft apartments are on the first floor. All apartments have a unique interior and combine tradition with innovative design.

The apartment is spread over the ground floor and first floor with a private terrace and balcony.

The apartment is spread over the ground floor and first floor with a private terrace overlooking the orchards.

• Spacious kitchen with a dining table and connected a bright living room that is equipped with a lounge chair, sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace. From the living room, you have access through French doors to a private terrace with a dining table and sunbeds with umbrellas
• The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, and coffee machine.
• On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed (180x200cm). 
• Also on this floor are 2 bathrooms with a toilet, sink, and shower, one of which is ensuite.
• Two rooms have access to a balcony. 
• There is a separate guest toilet
• An extra bed can be placed

Farmers Loft | 95m2 | 2 people
Loft located on the top floor with a private balcony

• This loft has an open living/sleeping area with access to a balcony with seats
• There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and all modern appliances, including a microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, and coffee machine
• In the sitting area, you will find a comfortable sofa and armchairs
• In a separate corner of the loft are a double bed (180x200cm), desk, and television
• There is a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet, walk-in shower, and sink
• An extra bed can be placed

Loft located on the top floor with private balcony and view of a vast nature reserve with reeds and meadows towards the Chiemsee 

• Loft-like living-dining room and kitchen with a dining table and spacious balcony. In this area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, and a coffee machine and a spacious sitting area with velvet lounge sofas/beds.
• There are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed (180x200cm), and 2 ensuite bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
• There is a separate guest toilet.
• An extra bed can be placed.
