Podere Ferranesi, an authentic nineteenth-century country house, is the ideal base to enjoy all the ingredients of a wonderful holiday in the heart of Tuscany (30km from Siena). The "podere" has been carefully renovated by the Belgian owners respecting the original Tuscan style and is simply stunning with its modern, luxurious and minimalist interior. The owner is a well-known architect which you can see clearly in the design and décor of the home.

The owners have divided the large country house into four "units" that they rent together. Each home is named after an Italian movie: La Vita è Bella (8 p), Il Postino (2 / 3p), La Dolce Vita (2 / 3p), La Strada (4-6p) and Una Giornata Particolae (2p).

La Vita è Bella
This is the largest house (300m2), suitable for up to 8 people. On the ground floor are the spacious dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and library. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. La Vita è Bella has 2 shaded terraces, (1 of which is covered) and a beautiful private garden.

La Strada
This house (130m2) is perfect for 4 to 5 persons and has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room and spacious living room with a covered terrace. Next to the house is a small private garden, which is the perfect spot for an al-fresco dinner.

La Dolce Vita & Il Postino
These homes (each of 60m2), located on the first floor and ground floor, are ideal for 2 to 3 people. They feature an open living with a small, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and another separate salon that can be converted into a single bedroom. Furthermore, there are 2 separate bathrooms and a small covered terrace with panoramic views.
Una Giornata Particolare
This apartment (30m2) is perfect for two people. It is located on the first floor and offers a beautiful view of Pienza. The house is equipped with a small kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Besides enjoying the luxuries of these homes, you can as well take delight in the services offered by Ferranesi. Johny and Rita, your hosts onsite, live near the domain and are available for any questions during your stay and ensure you will not miss anything. There is a cooking service, groceries can be done for you when you arrive, and a babysitter can be arranged... Welcome extra’s if you stay at the domain with a large group or several families.
