Finca EcoLuxe Playa Valldemossa is a fully restored farmhouse, very quiet and completely privately located between the mountains and the sea on the west coast of Mallorca. A unique location - in the middle of 100 hectares of grounds - where you enjoy tranquility, space, and the natural beauty around you. The plot houses two buildings that together offer pace to 6 people, ideal for families and friends.

Please note that the access road to the finca is a scenic mountain drive with quite a bumpy road, so it is necessary to have an SUV or 4x4 vehicle.

Layout Main Building | 4 people

• Downstairs in the main building, you will find the cozy kitchen which is fully modernized. It is equipped with a traditional bread oven, gas cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee percolator, and a toaster.
• The inviting living room with an old tiled floor and large fireplace features two comfortable sofas, a wicker chair, and a table with comfortable leather chairs and stunning sea views. There are satellite television, a DVD player, and Bluetooth music boxes. Patio doors lead out to the terrace.
• Upstairs are two very spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has an eye-catching built-in bathtub in the room.
• The other bedroom also has a double bed and a bathroom with a attractive stone sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.
• The beds can also be made up as single beds (on request)
• There is air conditioning (that also functions as heating) in all bedrooms

Layout Annex | 2 people

*The annex building has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The private outdoor terrace has a table and chairs where you can enjoy the sound of birds and the breeze from the sea.

• All beds can also be made up as two single beds. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning.

Outside:

• The house is tucked away on a 100-hectare plot with a variety of terraces and areas to relax, such as on the spacious lounge sofa on the lawn or on the sun loungers in the shade of the trees.

• Gorgeous natural plunge pool (8x4 and 4m deep) filled with water from the mountains, sun beds with pillows, and some hammocks at the poolside.

• Covered terrace with a wooden dining table for 8 people and a comfortable outdoor kitchen with a grill and a cooktop.

• Via a path (only a 7-minutes’ walk) between the pine trees, you reach a small pebble beach.
