Finca Essenza is an elegantly restored finca located in a quiet and panoramic spot in the middle of nature. It consists of a main house and two 'casitas' in the garden and can accommodate a total of 10 people

- Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 5-pit hob on gas, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and blender.
- There are 5 bedrooms in total, three with a double bed (160/180x200cm) and two with two single beds (80/90x200cm).
- Three bedrooms are on the ground floor in the main house, one bedroom in the garden house and one bedroom next to the pool
- There are four bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, all with a toilet, sink and shower
- Finca Essenza is further equipped with air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, and a dryer
Outside
Finca Essenza is located on a private plot of 5,000 m² where you will find the following facilities:
- Inviting covered terrace with a lounge corner, dining table for 10 people, and an outdoor kitchen with a large (90cm) gas barbecue with grill and plancha
- Heated saltwater swimming pool (8x4m with a depth of 1.40m to 1.90m). The swimming pool has a pool cover
- Outdoor shower
- Pétanque court and table tennis table
- Private parking spaces, 2 in front of the house and four under the house
Extra information:
- On request, a private chef and massages at home can be provided, and a grocery package can be arranged upon arrival.
- The indoor living and dining areas are most comfortable for 6 to 8 persons, while the outdoor lounge can accommodate up to 10. Therefore, for the winter months (December to March), we recommend the Finca for a maximum of 6–8 guests, as cooler evenings make indoor dining more desirable.
