Finca Feliç is a recently built holiday home, located in a quiet and serene part of the Spanish island of Mallorca. This house is characterized by natural tones, clean lines and large windows that let in the sunlight. There is an open-plan living room with a modern kitchen. The high ceiling gives the living room a spacious feeling and cozy seating areas are created for a warm and homely atmosphere. Cooking enthusiasts can go about their business in the kitchen, while other guests enjoy an aperitif by the pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and the stairs lead to the last room in the 'tower' of the house, with twin beds. The bedrooms are spacious, have comfortable double beds and are air conditioned. In addition, there are four modern bathrooms, one of which has a luxurious freestanding bathtub.
The estate of Finca Feliç extends over no less than 17000 m². Next to the living room is the covered terrace with a dining table and beyond that an inviting lounge area. Along the 12 meter long pool you will find several sunbeds. At any time of day there is a nice spot in the sun or in the shade to relax. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy the view!
Within just 15 minutes you are on a beautiful white sandy beach of 2 kilometers long, with no hotels or other resorts in sight! Or drive to the hidden beach of Cala Pì, where you will enjoy an oasis of calm and, of course, the clear blue sea. Fina Feliç is beautiful, rural vacation home, located on a large estate. In the house a total of 10 people can stay. There is also the possibility to place one crib. Outside you will find many inviting places to eat together, play, sunbathe, read and relax.
- Entrance with the stairs to the second floor and to the right French doors to the living room.
- A spacious, open living room with high ceilings. In the living room you will find a sitting area with a sofa, lounge chairs, wood stove and smart TV.
- Further down is the open kitchen, equipped with luxury and modern appliances, such as: 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer, an oven and a combi oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, 2 large dishwashers, built-in storage cabinets and further cooking utensils. Also, there are herbs, oil, salt and other cooking essetials.
- Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table.
- 4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor with double beds (180x200cm), 3 of which have ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a sink and rain shower (and one bathroom also has a freestanding bath).
