Finca La Morera is divided into different buildings with independent access across levels. There is the main house, an exterior building with its own access, and a third annex with lower-level access. Though the buildings are separate, they are positioned close together.

Layout Finca La Morera (700 m2)

• In the main building, you will find the spacious living and dining areas with fireplaces, a large kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a guest toilet. 
• Around the outside of this building, there are three more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This section can be accessed independently.
• In the third building, there are a further two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, besides an extra kitchen, a games room, home cinema and a dining table for 14 on the covered terrace. 
• All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, two have air-conditioning. In total, there are two double beds (150 cm) and four king-size beds (180 cm) that can be split into twins (90 cm).
• Between the two country-style kitchens, you can find an oven, two dishwashers, a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, quooker, ceramic cooker, grill, toaster and kettle.
• There is a games room with toys for kids, and a home cinema.

Outside (15,000 m2)

• A 5-acre garden surrounds the house, lush with fruit trees and herb plants.
• The villa has two swimming pools - the smaller one (7.5 m x 5 m x 1.2 m) is located at a higher level with exterior access and connected to a bedroom. The larger one (12 m x 6 m x 2,5 m) on the lower level is an infinity pool with undisturbed views of the valley and mountains. Both pools are heated by solar panels.
• Around the pools, you will find sun loungers, hammocks, and an outdoor shower.
• Two covered terraces are perfect for alfresco dining. One has a dining table for 14 people, a barbeque and a small outdoor kitchen.
• There is a private farm and vegetable patch with chickens, rabbits and goats where guests can rummage for organic fruits and vegetables and free-range eggs. Guests have the opportunity to pick organic fruits and vegetables and collect free-range eggs, which they can then use in cooking.
• The new tennis court is for private use and has facilities for basketball and football as well. Tennis rackets are provided for guests.
• Extending along the side of the house is a vineyard with local wines and sherries for guests.

Other information:

• There is a separate utility and laundry room with two washers, two dryers and an iron.
• A 24-hour on-call service is available for cleaning and maintenance.
• A caretaker lives on the property who is fully respectful of guests' privacy and is available if assistance is desired.
• Cots and high chairs for children are provided on request. 
• There are 6 private parking spots.
