Away from the hustle and bustle and settled in an authentic part of the island, Finca Maris offers a luxurious stay for eight people. Expect large, imposing rooms, beautiful designer furniture, a state-of-the-art kitchen and the a feeling of understated luxury everywhere. The four hotel-worthy bedrooms are flooded with natural light and offer direct access to the Mediterranean garden or the spacious balcony on the first floor.
Large panoramic sliding doors that create the ultimate feeling of outdoor living lead from the stylish living room and the modern kitchen to a large covered terrace with fine lounge areas. Enjoy an aperitif or an al-fresco dinner on the terrace with 360 degree views over the green hills and the village of Ses Salines. A short walk between the oleander bushes leads to the impressive swimming pool and two covered lounge areas, surrounded by palms, cacti and figs and citrus trees.
Experience the feeling of being completely disconnected from the outside world and enjoy the sun, the peace and the slow rhythm of Finca Maris. Although the villa is completely private, it is not isolated. You are a 15-minutes drive away from on one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca and you can visit the many villages and towns in the area.

On booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking amount is required. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total amount must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 6 weeks. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
The owners ask a security deposit of 1000 Euros, which has to be paid in advance to Nice2stay. You will receive a payment request 2 weeks before arrival. If you leave the accommodation clean and no damage has been found, the deposit will be returned within 14 days.

Finca Maris is located in the southeast of Mallorca, about 15 minutes from the coast. Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands, the Mediterranean island group belonging to Spain. The island is a popular holiday destination and the capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a busy seaside resort with many hotels, bars, shops and busy beaches. On the other hand, the island also has very traditional places, beautiful nature, hidden beaches and delicious cuisine. Sports enthusiasts may also enjoy cycling, hiking or golf.
There are several paradise-like beaches on the island, some of which are idyllically hidden between the rocks, such as Calo des Móro (11 km). Close to the villa you will find the popular Es Trenc beach (11 km), a 2-km-long white sandy beach with no tall buildings or hotels in sight. Or drive to Cala Pì (30 km), a beautiful and quiet beach with a beach bar. Driving along the coast, you will come across several trendy beach bars where you can enjoy a drink and often eat very well too.
There are also many charming villages on the Spanish island. Near the villa, you will find the traditional village of Ses Salines (3 km). Here you will find some charming restaurants, bars and some supermarkets. You should also visit Santanyí (10 km), an old town with countless good restaurants and a beautiful beach. If you don't mind driving a bit, then a nice town to visit is Artà (60 km), about an hour away. This town is surrounded by mountains and you will find here beautiful streets and winding alleys with boutique shops and restaurants where you can get lost. Or visit the atmospheric Sóller and Port de Sóller (73 km), situated in a beautiful bay with impressive sea views in the north-west of the island. Here too you will find good restaurants, several tapas bars and a lively local market on Saturdays. For shopping, lots of bars and a bit more hustle and bustle, you can of course drive to Palma (54 km) or Manacor (40 km).
