Finca Mirador is an authentic house spread over two floors with stylish and high-quality furnished interiors and inviting outdoor terraces with sea views. - On the ground floor is a custom-made kitchen with, among other things, a large hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a glass sideboard. The kitchen has a dining table, a built-in wood-burning stove, and a large door that opens onto the covered terrace
- The kitchen flows into a living room with a built-in sofa and patio doors to the covered terrace
- From the living room, a staircase goes up to a second beautifully decorated living room with a television, a comfortable sofa, and a wood-burning stove. The room provides access to a small terrace with a seating area.
- There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200cm) and built-in wardrobes. In one bedroom the beds can also be made twinned. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet.
Outside (120m²):
- On the side of the house is an attractive lounge terrace under a shady bamboo pergola
- At the front of the house with beautiful panoramas is a covered terrace (which is closed with glass) with a dining table for 6 people and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in Green Egg-style barbecue
- One level higher is a saltwater swimming pool (10x4m with a depth of 1.10m to 2m) with a sun terrace and sun beds
- The swimming pool is open all year round and can be heated either with solar panels or via a heat pump (both for a fee). There is also a pool cover and an outdoor shower.
