• Kitchen furnished with large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Espresso machine, children's cutlery, and cooking basics
• Living with a dining table for 8 people and a small lounge area with a TV
• 2 bathrooms with a shower
• 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds
• Separate family bedroom - only accessible from the garden- featuring a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Outside

• Covered terrace, perfect for an "al fresco" lunch or dinner
• BBQ
• A green lawn and garden with rosemary, lavender, sage, and fruit trees surround the house
• Saltwater pool (14x4 m) with sun loungers

The house is built on a hill, and the entire top floor is for guests’ use. The ground floor is occasionally inhabited by the very friendly concierge, who offers maximum privacy and does not use the pool or other facilities of the house.
