Created by owners Jack and Becki — originally from London and having lived in the Netherlands for many years - this is a thoughtfully designed family concept shaped by their experience of travelling with three young children. Here, beauty and functionality come together effortlessly. The ambience is warm and light, with natural materials, lime-washed walls and soft tones creating a calm foundation, while family-friendly layouts, durable finishes and intuitive details complete the picture. From baby cots and high chairs to toys, books and practical essentials, everything is in place - without ever compromising on style.
There are three houses on the property, with Serra being the first completed, a compact home for 2+2 people + one baby, ideal for a family. Inside, you’ll find an open living space with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. Outside, a private terrace sits beneath a shaded pergola.
In the shared garden, time naturally slows down. Children wander between the trees, climb, explore and disappear into their own world of play, while you settle into the shade with a book, or simply do nothing at all. Picnic blankets on the grass, fruit from the trees and long afternoons that gently turn into soft evenings. The pool (opening May 2026) is a natural focal point, but even beyond that, there is plenty of space to be together - from sunny days outdoors to cosy winter evenings by the fire.
The surroundings feel authentic and unhurried. Within a short drive, you’ll reach the lagoons and beaches of Fuseta, where the water is calm and shallow. For a small adventure, take the little train to Praia do Barril or a boat to one of the nearby islands with wide sandy beaches. In Olhão, you can wander through markets and local restaurants, while places like Fonte Ferrea invite you to enjoy a peaceful picnic surrounded by greenery.
