The house can accommodate 14 people. The elegant and exclusive interior is a beautiful mix of old and new and goes hand in hand with the appearance and luxury of the building. The house is ideal for lovers of architecture, design, and history. Outside is a heated swimming pool with a pool house equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a spacious dining area and there are numerous terraces where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ground floor:
- Entrance with access to a living/office space.
- A large family suite with two connecting bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and the other two single beds (100x200cm). The suite has a bathroom with a shower, bath, double sink, and separate toilet.
- Dining room
- Two Bulthaup kitchens with several refrigerators, ice makers, two dishwashers, two ovens, a Nespresso coffee machine, a wine cooler, an induction hob, and crockery and cutlery.
- Separate toilet (with a shower)
First floor
- Large bright living room with two large sofas, chairs, a television and patio doors to the terrace with a view over the village and the bay
- On one side of the living room is a spacious bedroom (Chambre Bleue) with a double bed (180x200cm), sitting area, and ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink, and separate toilet. The room has access to a panoramic balcony.
- Next to this bedroom, is a small bathroom with a shower and a narrow staircase that leads to the unique tower room with a double bed (160x200cm) and French balcony.
- On the other side of the living room is a second small living/reading area. From here you have access to two bedrooms, both with a double bed (180x200cm). On the other side of the corridor, you will find a separate toilet and the bathrooms, both with a shower.
- A third bedroom with a double sofa bed is at the end of the hallway with access to a spacious terrace.
Second floor:
- A living room with access to a sheltered terrace with sun beds
- Three bedrooms. The first one with a double bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, double sink, and separate toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with a shower, freestanding bath, double sink, and separate toilet. This room has a private terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) that can also be made up as two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.
Outside:
The house is located on private property (2,000m2) with a fenced garden that you enter through an electric gate. In the garden you will find the following facilities:
- Pool house with an outdoor kitchen, dining area (for 15 people), and plancha. The outdoor kitchen is located in a room with glass doors on both sides that can be opened completely.
- Lounge terrace with sunbeds
- Heated saltwater swimming pool (4.5x11m) and max. 1.60 m deep, secured by a roller shutter.
- A sun terrace, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower
- Parking spaces in the private courtyard
