Haus Pà Sefn is an old family house that was built at the end of the 19th century by the owner's great-grandfather, Pà Sefn. The house has been lovingly restored and transformed into a holiday home with four stylish apartments - each on one level - that harmoniously combine a modern and minimalist design with a traditional Alpine style. The apartments - for up to 4/5 people - are identical in size and equipment but different from "spirit" ... They are characterized by a contrast of colors and materials, walls covered with antique wood, and custom-made furniture.
It is an ideal place for nature-loving families or couples who enjoy an active or relaxing holiday in the mountains. The area offers many opportunities for walking or cycling in the summer and skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. After an active day outside, the warm fireplace in the living room, the sauna in the communal garden or a sun lounger on your own balcony offer well-deserved relaxation, and local restaurants ensure a good gastronomic end to the day.

Apartment “Anima Monti” | 60 m2 | 1-4 people
The Anima Monti apartment is on the second floor and represents the heart of the house. A dark slate floor, wood-clad ceilings and walls, and a minimalist design characterize the interior. You enter the apartment in the spacious open living room which is equipped with a modern sofa, fireplace, wooden sofa, and dining table with chairs. In this room, there is also a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There are two bedrooms both with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The apartment has 2 terraces with beautiful mountain views.
Apartment "Sulle Nuvole" | 60 m2 | 1-4 people
This apartment is located on the third floor and represents the spirit of the house. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor made from recycled wood; the walls are covered with antique wood and the ceilings with old wooden beams. You enter the apartment in the open living room which is equipped with a comfortable modern sofa, fireplace, as well as a dining table with designer chairs. In this room, there is also a kitchenette that is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. From the living room, you reach a mezzanine where the television is. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower. The apartment has a balcony with sun loungers.
