Haus Pà Sefn is located amid the magical atmosphere of the village of Sauris di Sopra in the mountains of the Carnic Alps in northern Italy. The house has four floors and on each floor, you find an apartment.
Apartment “Anima Monti” | 60 m2 | 1-4 people
The Anima Monti apartment is on the second floor and represents the heart of the house. A dark slate floor, wood-clad ceilings and walls, and a minimalist design characterize the interior. You enter the apartment in the spacious open living room which is equipped with a modern sofa, fireplace, wooden sofa, and dining table with chairs. In this room, there is also a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There are two bedrooms both with a double bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The apartment has 2 terraces with beautiful mountain views.
Apartment "Sulle Nuvole" | 60 m2 | 1-4 people
This apartment is located on the third floor and represents the spirit of the house. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor made from recycled wood; the walls are covered with antique wood and the ceilings with old wooden beams. You enter the apartment in the open living room which is equipped with a comfortable modern sofa, fireplace, as well as a dining table with designer chairs. In this room, there is also a kitchenette that is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. From the living room, you reach a mezzanine where the television is. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower. The apartment has a balcony with sun loungers.
Apartment “Dolce Vita” | 50 m2 | 1-4 people
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. A dark slate floor, wood-clad walls, and modern furniture characterize the interior. You enter the apartment in the open living room which is equipped with a day bed/sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and shower. The apartment has one private terrace with beautiful views.
Apartment “Tocca Terra” | 60 m2 | 1-4 people
This apartment is located on the first floor and represents the body of the house. The apartment has a warm wooden floor and a modern Alpine-style feel. You enter the apartment in the open living room which is equipped with comfortable armchairs, a dining table, and a kitchenette that is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, and dishwasher. From the living room, you reach a second living with a built-in lounge sofa, fireplace, and television. There are two bedrooms. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and a shower. The apartment has two balconies with sun loungers.
