Haus und Hof consists of three design apartments nestled against a hill in the town Hof bei Salzburg, in the Austrian Salzkammergut. Built under architecture, the luxury homes are integrated into the landscape and feature large windows, high-quality natural materials, and attractive details.

Behind the dark wooden facades, you will find a minimalist design in a Scandinavian style that is characterized by polished concrete floors, clean lines, light wood, black interior walls, and designer furniture (such as a unique chair from the Prostoria brand that can be transformed into a true bed). The whole gives a contemporary and at the same time a very warm feel!

The apartments (for 4-9 people) are similar in design and layout, but each has its own character with different color accents and some specific facilities. Inside you will find an open plan living with a lounge area and a sleek kitchen with Miele appliances hidden in the cupboards. Beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms complete the picture. The largest apartment even has a private sauna! From the living room, you step out onto your private garden and terrace where you can eat together with mountain views, and enjoy quiet hours on the patio.

Haus und Hof has a fantastic location in the lake district of Salzburg, with Lake Wolfgang and Lake Fuschl only a short drive away. The lakes offer a charming atmosphere and typical villages to visit! You will also find opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, golfing and of course, you cannot miss the city of Salzburg and its beautiful medieval Old Town.
