Haven features 34 luxury one and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a balcony (or loggia), a kitchen, sofa bed, dining area, and one or two bathrooms with shower and sink. Some apartments also have a bathtub. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, small oven, coffee machine, and kettle.
- Cozy Moyen, Grand Cozy, Havenly, Grand Heavenly, Bubbly Petite, Lovely, Grand Lovely, and Bubbly are south-facing. They offer beautiful mountain views, though the view is more limited on the lower floors compared to the higher ones.
- Cozy Petite faces the street or the hotel across the road, but it also partially offers a view towards the Hochkönig – the highest mountain in the area.
- Fancy and Top Fancy are north-facing and do not have a view. They overlook the street or the parking lot.

If you book breakfast during your stay, you can enjoy it in the rooftop restaurant of Haven, Deck 7. Breakfast is buffet style and is available from 07:30 - 10:30. Deck 7 Restaurant has a panoramic outdoor terrace and is open all day, in addition to breakfast, you can enjoy snacks, coffee, cakes, and drinks here in the afternoon (12:00-18:00) and from 18:30 to 21:00 you can dine à la carte. The rooftop bar is open from midnight.
Wellness @ Haven
- Heated outdoor infinity swimming pool (14x4m and max. 1.36m deep) with 360° panoramic sun terrace. The swimming pool is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM in winter and from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM in summer
- Sauna area (accessible to persons over 16 years old) including organic herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath with brine, infrared loungers with brine, and lounge area with tea and water bar
