Ground floor:

• Spacious living area which serves as the heart of the estate and features a long table in the center of the room, crowned with a chandelier that is ideal for eating, working or simply spending time together.
• Fully equipped open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances to create your next culinary masterpiece.
• A relaxation area featuring armchairs, cozy sofas, coffee tables and a floating gyrofocus fireplace, which provides the perfect spot to unwind by the open fire in the evening.
• On this floor you will also find several bookshelves filled with books & games, Apple TV & projector and a mobile presentation screen, which can be used for both business and entertainment purposes.
• A panoramic window reaching till the ceiling with an access to the terrace, offering stunning views throughout the day and night.

The middle section: 

• A loft-style bedroom located in the gallery area, which offers an open view of the living room area and the spacious terrace. The bedroom includes a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. 
• ​​​​​​​Three uniquely designed wooden bedrooms with a contemporary interior and a panoramic window offering a view over an enchanted and wild forest with a pond. Each of the bedrooms comes with a double bed and private bathroom.
• Gallery area perfect for relaxing and challenging a friend to a game of table football or table tennis

The upper section: 

• Two more wooden bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms offering a view over the entire valley as far as the Italian-Slovenian border.

Extra information:

• The indoor facilities consist of a 250 m² luxurious space with underfloor heating.
• All en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a WC, shower and a sink.
• The entire property is yours to enjoy, offering complete seclusion and a true escape from the everyday world. The owners live next door and are available to assist with any additional arrangements or experiences you may want, while ensuring your privacy is fully respected.
• The pool temperature ranges between 22℃ and 27℃.
