The main house is spread over three floors, with five en-suite bedrooms, a spacious and charming living room with fireplace, a professional kitchen and a library. Around the house stretches a 7,000 m² garden: lush and meticulously maintained. Rose-covered pergolas, fruit trees and ornamental plants frame the pool and jacuzzi, both lined with soft-toned mosaic that blends beautifully into the landscape. Terraces and seating areas can be found everywhere – from a sun lounger by the water to a picnic table in the woods on the estate’s hillside.

The surrounding area offers countless discoveries. The medieval town of Todi is only a ten-minute drive away, with its cathedral, market squares and atmospheric trattorias. Further afield, the charming cities of Orvieto, Spoleto, Perugia and Gubbio beckon, each with its own rhythm and culinary traditions. Nature lovers can head to Lake Trasimeno for a boat trip and lunch by the water or enjoy walks through the rolling hills around the lake.
