Il Fontanaro is a beautiful estate with two holiday homes. The estate is run by the Italian family Pinelli, who warmly welcome you and share their passion for the good Italian life with you.

The two houses, Leccino and Frantoio, adjoining the main building of Fontanaro, are fully furnished and tastefully decorated with Umbrian details. Furthermore, the holiday homes have a spacious living room with satellite TV and wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a king-size bed, and a comfortable modern bathroom with a shower.

Leccino (60m2) has a private terrace and garden on two sides with a beautiful view of the vineyard. Frantoio (65m2) has romantic views with sunset, a terrace, a private garden, and a covered parking space.

It is possible to add an extra bed as well as a children’s bed placed inside the apartment. For this reason, it is also very suitable for a family with one child or two younger children.
