Il Giardino del Codirosso is an attractive detached house with an enclosed garden, a large lawn, and a swimming pool. It is quietly set and surrounded by olive trees. The home is only a 5-minute drive from a small beach on Lake Garda. The house can accommodate 10 people and is spread over two floors. On the top floor, you will find a panoramic balcony with a view of the lake.

- The open plan living room consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The seating area has several comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite channels.
- On the first floor you will find a complete Spa that is equipped with a hot tub, an emotional shower with a Turkish bath, and a sauna.
- On the lower floor is a double bedroom with its own toilet and an open bathroom on an attached upper floor with a modern free-standing bath in the middle and a very spacious walk-in shower.
