Il Giardino del Codirosso is an attractive detached house with an enclosed garden, a large lawn, and a swimming pool. It is quietly set and surrounded by olive trees. The home is only a 5-minute drive from a small beach on Lake Garda. The house can accommodate 10 people and is spread over two floors. On the top floor, you will find a panoramic balcony with a view of the lake.

• The open plan living room consists of a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The seating area has several comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite channels.
• On the first floor you will find a complete Spa that is equipped with a hot tub, an emotional shower with a Turkish bath, and a sauna.
• On the lower floor is a double bedroom with its own toilet and an open bathroom on an attached upper floor with a modern free-standing bath in the middle and a very spacious walk-in shower.
• You will also find a second double bedroom on the ground floor. This room features a four-poster bed and an extra double bed on a mezzanine floor with a private bathroom with a shower. This room can be used by guests with mobility problems.
• From the living room, a staircase leads to the top floor where the third ensuite bedroom is located. This room features a double bed, comfortable double sofabed and a private bathroom with a shower. The room's balcony offers a view of the lake.
• Three of the above double beds can also be made up as 6 single beds.

The whole house is also equipped with airconditioning/heating, Wi-Fi internet, a safe, and a satellite TV in each bedroom.

Outside:
The house has an enclosed garden where you will find the following facilities:

• A private swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and a parasol. The pool has a shallow end for children and can be heated on request and for a fee.
• An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a pergola with a dining area
• Private parking places
• A large lawn with a playground with a slide and swing for the children
