Inside a minimalist design you will find a modern open living space , which feels warm due to the frequent use of wood. Large panoramic windows ensure that outside and inside flow seamlessly, and give the two upstairs bedrooms the impression that you are floating on the water.
The interior is as stylish as the interior; a nice lounge corner under the palm tree with comfortable stone benches and lovely lounge cushions, a spacious dining table on the deck and a small garden with fresh organic vegetables for your homemade barbecue meals. Since 2020 there is also a hot tub.

inOut Residence is a luxury holiday home in a beautiful setting, with breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea. Thanks to the open spaces, large windows and the use of natural materials, you can live in harmony with nature. The villa is on two floors with the ground floor providing direct access to a large terrace.
Layout in Outdoor Residence | 2 bedrooms 4 + 2 people
- You enter the apartment on the ground floor in the open plan living space which is equipped with a generous lounge sofa on an elevation, a sofa and a wall unit with a flat screen television with satellite channels.
- In the same room is the fully equipped kitchen with a freestanding fridge-freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, crockery and cutlery.
- A modern open staircase leads from here up to the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have spectacular sea views
- The master bedroom has a double bed plus a cot.
- The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made up as a double bed.
- The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, a granite sink and a toilet.
Outside:
- On the terrace in front of the house is a dining area for 6 people that can be covered with an awning.
- On the side there is a beautiful large lounge area with an olive and palm tree, where there is also a hot tub (can be used from April to October). The space is covered with a tent cloth and is equipped with stone benches with comfortable lounge cushions. You will also find some comfortable lounge sofas.
Extra information:
Due to the proximity of the airport of Chania (12km) you can sometimes hear the noise of the planes, with the windows closed you will not hear these noises.
