inOut Residence is a recently built luxury holiday home with a beautiful design , located on the Akrotiri peninsula in northwestern Crete.
Surrounded by the rugged Cretan landscape, you will find total privacy here and via a small path you even have access to a beautiful bay (which you almost have for yourself) with the most enchanting turquoise waters. Moreover, the fascinating sea view , the warm summer breeze and the sound of the waves help you relax completely.
Inside a minimalist design you will find a modern open living space , which feels warm due to the frequent use of wood. Large panoramic windows ensure that outside and inside flow seamlessly, and give the two upstairs bedrooms the impression that you are floating on the water.
The interior is as stylish as the interior; a nice lounge corner under the palm tree with comfortable stone benches and lovely lounge cushions, a spacious dining table on the deck and a small garden with fresh organic vegetables for your homemade barbecue meals. Since 2020 there is also a hot tub.

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
The owners request a deposit of 300 euros, you must transfer this amount to Nice2stay. If you leave the house without damage, Nice2stay will refund the deposit within 14 days after departure from the house.

inOut Residence is located on a beautiful bay in the town of Marathi on the peninsula of Crete, Akrotiri.
Via a small path, you reach an almost private beach just 80 meters away. However, this beach is not suitable for children because of the rocks. However, just a 10-minute walk away is another beach that is easily accessible.
Marathi is a summer resort with a small harbor that provides you with all your daily amenities. The town has a lively character (but not noisy) and you can eat excellent fresh seafood in the restaurants and taverns in the village. Marathi has two sandy beaches with shallow waters that are very suitable for children and families.

Thanks to the open spaces, large windows and the use of natural materials, you can live in harmony with nature.
