Jk House is the ultimate luxury villa to stay with families and/or friends, located in the higher and hillside area of Sabadeco, the residential area of Bonaire. From every part of the villa you have a phenomenal view over the green valley and the Caribbean Sea.
The villa consists of three floors. All guests will join together in the large, luxurious living room with gourmet kitchen and spacious living room with marble floors. A beautiful space with large glass walls that can be completely opened to fully enjoy the view and the sea breeze. Inside and outside merge seamlessly into each other, even the pool runs through to the inside. On the spacious (partially covered) terrace you can fully enjoy the sun on the sun beds and lounge sofas.
Upstairs is the large luxurious loft with the master bedroom and bathroom. The lower floor consists of the other four bedrooms and bathroom, but also two living areas, each with its own kitchen and private terrace and even a private pool.
Every small detail is thought of, so you will find Heos music speakers of the brand Denon and with the RGB LED lamps you can adjust the colors according to your mood. Throughout the villa you will find shutters for the windows, mosquito nets, fans, but there is also air conditioning. All bedrooms have delightful king-size beds. At any time of the day you will be extremely comfortable here.
The tropical, beautifully landscaped garden around the villa completes the picture. Just 5 minutes drive away you will find the beaches, restaurants and it is 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Reservations are considered valid after receiving a pre-payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The outstanding balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the pre-payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.
The deposit is Euro 1500, - to be paid to Nice2stay 2 weeks before the start of the stay. Within 14 days after departure and if no damage from the house, you will receive the deposit back on your account.
