Ki2B is a recently renovated villa located on a hill in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and Lake Viñuela.

The comfortable and exclusive villa is ideal for a holiday with several families or friends who can stay in the seven bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and six of the seven bedrooms have their own bathroom, with bath and shower or a large walk-in shower. They have fans and shutters that keep the rooms cool. Also make sure the thick walls ensure that the heat is kept outside. All rooms have shutters on the outside and double-lined linen curtains on the inside.

Ground floor:

• The villa has a large entrance with a staircase that leads to the first floor. From the entrance hall, you enter the dining room that continues to the spacious kitchen.
• The dining room is comfortable, finished with natural colors and materials. There is a large dining table with a wooden bench and wicker chairs as well as a modern fireplace between the dining room and the kitchen.
• The clean lines in the kitchen are complemented by wooden kitchen cabinets and a remarkable wooden work table.
• The kitchen is equipped with everything a passionate chef needs: SMEG oven, induction hob, microwave, blender, two fridges, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, plates and cutlery, pots and pans.
• The kitchen and the dining room open onto the terrace.
• On this level is also the master bedroom with a double bed with high quality mattress, large built-in wardrobes, a bath and two (hot water) outdoor showers with a view of the lake.
• You will also find here a (somewhat smaller, 16m2) room with two large sofas, which can be made up as two single beds. Ideal as a children’s room, while parents sleep in the master bedroom.
• A third bedroom - located in the basement - can be reached via a separate entrance. It is furnished with a double bed and a private bathroom. The beautiful round steel doors open to the garden.
• The living room/lounge is attractive and warm. A comfortable sofa and various small round wooden side tables (which can also serve as chairs) stand around the fireplace.
• This floor is wheelchair friendly.

The villa also has a sound system, WiFi, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, cable television and netflix function. The entire house has central heating.

First floor:

• There are four bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom and access to the balcony. Two of the rooms have a shower, these rooms have high- quality medicinal mattresses. The other two rooms have a bathtub. All have fabulous views to the lake or the garden.
• Two rooms open onto a gorgeous terrace, where you can gaze at the view across the valley on the wicker sofas and chairs.

Outside:

• Right next to the villa is a large covered terrace with a dining table and a Weber BBQ. Perfect for summer meals!
• On the grounds, you will find two other pergolas and three other dining tables each with its privacy. In the garden with olive trees and fruit trees you can unwind in the hammock.
• At the poolside, you can sunbathe on designer bamboo while thatched umbrellas proved share. Besides, is the shaded viewpoint furnished with seats and a table. The pool is 10 x 4.5 meters.
• There is ample parking on site.
• Two (hot water) outdoor showers overlooking the lake. 
• There is also a beautiful platform which is perfect for outdoor meditation, yoga and pilates.
