In the midst of the green landscape of Umbria and located at the rim of the pretty town of Montone you will find this authentic Umbrian country home. Martina and Andreas run this eco- friendly agriturismo with a lot of love and passion: there is a 'Casa Padronale', two smaller annexes and a lovely swimming pool (15x8m). From the agriturismo you can see Montone lying on top of the hill.

The apartments are located in the main building and are divided over the first and second floor. They both have a large open fire place and a kitchenette/kitchen. Inside you will find the original beamed ceiling and terracotta floors, charming beds, antique chandeliers, crisp white embroidered cotton and light and airy bathrooms. The interior will surprise you; you will find attractive details and art everywhere you look. The organic slow food restaurant offers delicious meals to the guests from Wednesday to Sunday. The owners exclusively use the produce from their own land or from local farms.

The entire domain breathes a laid-back relaxed atmosphere. It is of high importance to Andreas and Martina that their guests can find complete relaxation at their agriturismo. As an example; television sets are not a standard part of the inside furnishing of the apartments. It is only on request that they will place a flat screen and DVD player; they offer a nice collection of classic Italian movies.

Agriturismo L'Ariete is located in a central spot; from the house you can conveniently visit the beautiful towns of Umbria. It is only a 5 minute drive to the access of the E45. Supermarkets can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Beautiful Montone is a pleasure to explore: cobblestone squares, breathtaking views, cafes, bars and a film festival in July. Montone has rightfully earned its’ title as one of Italy’s most attractive towns.
