Main house:
- A cozy living room with a sitting area with a spacious sofa, chairs, television, and fireplace with access to the very spacious kitchen with a large dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen opens onto the covered terrace and from the sitting area you directly enter a terrace with some loungers.
- The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, double oven, large hob, fridge/freezer, Senseo machine, toaster, and kettle.
- There are four en-suite bedrooms, all with a double bed and two rooms also have an extra single bed. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and one bathroom has a bath in addition to a shower.
- Laundry room with a washing machine
Outbuilding:
- In the annex, you will find another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Adjacent to the bedroom is a play area with beanbags, a large table, toys, table football, and an air hockey table

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens spread over various levels that offer a sweeping view of the valley. You enter the building through an electric gate. Outside you will find:
- A covered terrace with two picnic tables and an outdoor kitchen with a grill/barbecue
- A heated swimming pool (coverable) with a jetstream and a second round pool (with a diameter of 10 metres and a depth of 1.20 metres) on a lower level with a sun terrace and sun beds
