La Bergerie is an attractive country house that is set on a hill and offers gorgeous views of the surrounding olive groves and Provençal landscapes. Here you can fully unwind and enjoy time with family and friends in a spacious setting.
Layout La Bergerie
Ground floor:
- You will find two beautiful living areas on the ground floor.
- The first living features a cozy lounge area and a fireplace. The second one is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, and a china cabinet. This room is connected to the dining room that has a large table for 8 people. From the dining room, French doors lead out onto the terrace.
- The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, two ovens, a microwave, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Besides, you will find high-quality cookware, as well as crockery and cutlery for 10 people. There is plenty of storage space in the cupboards which helps to keep the kitchen tidy. The sink is equipped with a tap that can supply boiling water (Quooker).
- On the ground floor is a bathroom.
First floor:
- The master bedroom - the largest of the 4 bedrooms of La Bergerie, is on the first floor. It includes a sitting area and a double box spring bed (180x200cm) which can also be made up as two single beds. In this bedroom, a baby/children’s bed can be added. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet, and a double sink.
- Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a large double box spring bed (180x200cm) and share a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet, and a double sink. The double beds can be separated.
Second floor:
- The room on the top floor (the tower room) has a double box spring bed (180x200cm) and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and a toilet.
Outside:
- The house is set on a 6,000 m2 terrain with a private driveway and ample parking for several cars. There is also a charging-station for electric cars which can be used for a fee.
- A sun terrace - with sun loungers and umbrellas- surrounds the heated private pool of 11x5m (up to 2.5m deep).
- Adjacent to the house is a covered terrace with a dining table and a BBQ.
- In the shade of the trees is a second terrace with a large dining table.
