• A staircase (sides closed, but no stair gate) takes you to the ground floor, where the four bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds with beautiful linen.

• these bedrooms share the compact bathroom in the hall (sink, toilet and shower)
• on the other side of the house is a bedroom with two single beds, a window to the hall (no daylight) and a nice cupboard
• in the hall is a bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink
• spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. a door opens to the terrace at the side of the house

Terraces:

• large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views to the sea and the bay of El Portet
• on this roof terrace you will find the large dining table, wonderfully covered and with an attractive niche full of cushions to sit in
• built-in sofas with cushions and seat. Enough to lounge with the whole group and enjoy an aperitif together with sea view and a sea breeze
• on the ground floor you will find a terrace with a large day bed, two sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an extra seat

• The shared pool is a good place to coll off and have a swim, there are no sunbeds (there are 2 chairs in the house that you can bring to the pool area)
