La Cabaña is a special vacation home, located on the Costa Blanca in a small condominium with a shared pool. The house has two spacious terraces overlooking the turquoise blue sea and the bay of El Portet.

Upon entering you will be surprised by lots of natural light and a fresh, contemporary decor. During the renovation of this stunning holiday home, several original features, such as the terracotta tiled floor and the cozy fireplace have been preserved. Calming color combinations, natural materials, fine fabrics ... everything about this house is just right! The house comfortably accommodates 8 people, with four fine bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread over two floors. In addition, there is a compact, well-equipped kitchen, which is finished with beautiful handmade tiles and a bar. The cozy living room with adjacent dining area both overlook the large terrace and have stunning views of the Costa Blanca. 

The outside spaces of La Cabaña is a great place to spend some relaxing days! The two spacious terraces - one on each floor - provide enough space for all guests to find a nice spot in the sun or in the shade. Relax on one of the sun beds and enjoy the Spanish sun and the pleasant sea breeze. End the day with a drink on the lounge sofa and watch the sun set with great company. The location of La Cabaña is also a great plus: you are only a 10-minutes drive away from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca. Also the bustling towns and villages such as Moraira, Jávea and Benissa are within easy reach. In short, you will find all the ingredients for a relaxing vacation!

La Cabaña offers a fine vacation home with good facilities, a shared pool and a central location on the Costa Blanca.  This vacation home has been furnished with great care and attention to detail by the Belgian owners. There is air conditioning throughout the house and wifi internet.

First floor:

  • Open kitchen, finished with handmade tiles. The kitchen is well equipped with: an oven, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle.  
  • Living room with large sitting area, TV (with streaming function and google chromecast only), fireplace and sliding doors to the covered terrace with 180 degrees sea view.
  • Dining area with large dining table and sliding doors to the terrace for the ultimate indoor-outdoor feeling.
  • One Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet and bath-shower combination. 

Floor -1: 
The stairs take you to the lower floor, where the other 3 bedrooms are located. 

  • Hallway with door to the spacious terrace below. 
  • Two bedrooms are adjacent to the terrace and have sea views. These bedrooms share the modern bathroom in the hall, equipped with a sink, toilet and shower.
  • Spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The door opens onto the terrace on the side of the house. 
  • Laundry room with extra fridge, washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside: 
70 m²

  • Large roof terrace along the entire width of the house, with built-in sofas with cushions and seating.  On this roof terrace you will find the large dining table, wonderfully covered and with an attractive niche full of cushions to sit in. Enough for the whole company to lounge around and enjoy an aperitif together with sea views and a sea breeze. 
  • On the first floor you will find another terrace with built-in sofas and sunbeds. 
  • The spacious, shared pool is a short walk away and offers summer coolness. Please note that there are no sunbeds around the pool.
  • 1 parking spot next to the house and free parking in the street
