- The entrance to the house is on the first floor. Here you will find a multifunctional cocooning and relaxation area with comfortable sofas, books, and toys
- Also on this floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- The other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom with a shower, a bath, and two sinks. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and one has two single beds (90x200cm).
- On the ground floor is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board.
- On the second floor of the house is an attractive living room with an extra-large sofa, a television, and a wood-burning stove
- Adjacent to the living room is an open and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, which opens onto the terrace under the canopy. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, blender, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a wine cooler,
Outside (6,000m²)
- Covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people and a lounge bed
- A few steps lower is the heated swimming pool (4x10m and a depth of 1.60m) surrounded by a wooden deck with sunbeds. The pool is secured by an electric curtain and heated from May to September.

- There is a lounge area by the pool with a fire pit and a gas barbecue
- A hammock hangs between the trees, perfect for an afternoon siesta
