Ground floor:
Separate area with access from the lower terrace. The area has a double bed (200x160cm) with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a separate room with a sofa bed (120x160cm).
Upper floor:
- A spacious open living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle
- The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, television, and a wood-burning stove. The living provides access to the covered terrace on the upper floor
- Three bedrooms, the master bathroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs have a double bed (200x180cm), and the two bathrooms have a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- All bedrooms - also on the ground floor - have air conditioning and heating, and there are also ceiling fans.
Outside:
The villa is located on a fenced plot of 800m2 and is surrounded by many trees and plants; you will find the following facilities:
- Outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, Big Green Egg (barbecue), and a covered terrace with a dining table for 8-10 people
- Large swimming pool (10 x 5m, depth from 1.50 to 2m) that can be heated from 1 April to 30 September, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, with an outdoor shower nearby
