La Cenerentola consists of two apartments, each on a separate floor. They can be rented individually or together as the whole property. Each apartment accommodates up to 6 persons
Both Cenerentola 1 & 2 follow a similar layout and feature the following:
- Fully equipped kitchen with essentials like an espresso machine, fridge, induction cooker, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. Adjacent is the dining table for 6 persons.
- Spacious living room with a cozy lounge area and a TV.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
- Cenerentola 1 has an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom; Cenerentola 2 has one en-suite and one shared bathroom.
- Cenerentola 2 (ground floor) has a private patio; Cenerentola 1 (first floor) has a private terrace.
- There is a spacious (500 m2) garden shared between Cenerentola 1 & Cenerentola 2.
- A short, 5-minute walk takes you to the pool (50 m2). It is shared between the two apartments, but if the other apartment is not occupied (or if you book the entire property), it will be entirely yours to use. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
- The pool area is surrounded by lush nature & vineyards, and there are several sun loungers & parasols, an outdoor shower, as well as a toilet with a sink & WC.
Please note: The apartments are located along the Chiantigiana, a scenic main road that is especially popular with motorbikes during summer weekends and the high season. Set halfway between Florence and Siena, the property is surrounded by the picturesque Tuscan villages of Panzano, Castellina in Chianti, and many more, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.
