La Clairière de la Reine Hortense (250m2) is quietly located in the middle of greenery, ideal for a rural holiday with family or friends. The house offers plenty of space inside and out and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay in any season. The house is on two floors and has the following layout:
Ground floor:
- The entrance and a hall with a staircase that goes to the first floor.
- A spacious living room with an open loft. The room is filled with a beautiful dining table, a large built-in sideboard, and a sitting area by the fireplace. Here are two armchairs and two large sofas. French doors open onto the terrace.
- A country-style kitchen that is equipped with all comforts and basic necessities. It includes an oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, toaster and espresso machine.
- Two bedrooms, both with a double bed (180x200cm). Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and a sink.
First floor:
- On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200cm) and the other two with a double bed (180x200cm). There are also two more bathrooms, each with a bath/shower and a sink.
Outside:
- Outside on the terrace is a dining table for 8 people and a barbecue. One level below is the heated swimming pool with several sunbeds. The swimming pool is open from May to September (weather permitting). The house is located in the middle of a 7-hectare park with lawns and large old trees that provide plenty of shade.
