- The Apricot Tree (2 + 2 guests): an apartment with a private patio and garden with outdoor dining table and sun loungers, living area with kitchenette and dining table, sofa bed for two guests, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and wardrobe.
- Olive Tree (4 guests): apartment overlooking the swimming pool. Located on the first floor and accessible via an outdoor staircase, it offers a private covered terrace with a dining table. Inside, you'll find a cosy living room with seating area and TV, an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
- The Stable (5 guests): apartment with private garden, wide countryside views and a large covered terrace with dining table, chairs and a wood-fired pizza oven. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room with a large dining table and sofa, two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms, both with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

- Heated infinity swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and panoramic views over the Marche countryside. The infinity pool is usually heated in April and part of May, and again during part of September and October, maintaining an average water temperature of around 27°C.
