La Escribana is an attractive and spacious country house (360m2) surrounded by a beautiful garden of no less than 8,000m2 with a large lawn, old trees, and a swimming pool.

The house stands on a piece of land of 5 hectares and offers beautiful views over the green hilly surroundings. La Escribana consists of the main house - sleeping 8 - and an adjacent building which houses 4 double bedrooms - also sleeping 8 - all with ensuite bathrooms. The main house is on two floors and is arranged as follows:

Ground floor:

• The living room has some chairs and sofas, a fireplace, and a door to the terrace and garden.
• The kitchen is equipped with a sideboard, a dining table, and all modern appliances including an American fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, and various options for making coffee (Nespresso, Italian, and French). There is a bar island with three bar stools and a separate seating area (accessed via a few steps) with a few chairs and two sofas
• Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

First floor:

• On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200cm) and two with two single beds (90x200cm).
• These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower.
• There is also a separate sitting area with a sofa.

Outside:

• Around the house are three terraces where you will find sun or shade at any time of the day. Outside is a long table for 16 people and a Weber barbecue.
• In the garden is a swimming pool (8x4m, depth: 120-180cm) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
• For entertainment, there is a large treehouse, a ping-pong table, and a jeu-de-boules court.
• There is a private parking space for 8 cars.
