Ground floor:
- Entrance with guest toilet
- Open plan living(air-conditioned) with a sleek kitchen with a large cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, espresso machine, air fryer, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, and dishes (including plastic dishes for outside).
- Next to the kitchen is a large wooden dining table and in the lounge area, you will find a wood-burning stove, smart TV with Netflix function, and a nice sofa.
- Utility room with a large Side-by-Side refrigerator.
- Double bedroom with a small ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Basement:
- Relaxation area with a large lounge sofa, a table with benches, television, DVD player with many DVDs, tipi tent, shuffleboard, books, drawing tables and toys for children (including board games)
- Garage with many outdoor games such as football, boules, badminton, and kubb.
- A beautiful spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a modern freestanding bath.
First floor:
- On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a double sink, and a toilet in the hallway. One of the bedrooms has a wooden cot.
- You will also find a reading corner on this floor.
- All bedrooms have Swiss Sense queen-size beds.
Outdoor area
- Parking spaces in front of the house
- A small terrace with a table and benches where a staircase leads down to the garden with a second terrace. Here is a large dining table for 10 people, an Ofyer barbecue, deck chairs, a hot tub, and a trampoline. The garden is completely fenced.
