- Large living (42 m²) with beautiful French windows, patio doors, and high ceilings with original oak beams. An area full of light where the original fireplace and various artworks of local artists can be fully appreciated.
- Via the kitchen, you enter a spacious hall that leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor.
- The first bedroom downstairs is the master bedroom (18m²) with a high ceiling and patio door. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and sink.

Upper floor
- Via the corridor, you reach the stairs to the upper floor. The house has no air conditioning, so on a hot day, the rooms on the upper floor can get a little warm.
