Located in a quiet residential area just 1.3 kilometers from the sea, La Hacienda Benissa is tucked away in a beautiful garden. The elegant and spacious hacienda has recently been completely renovated while retaining its traditional charm. The old arched windows got chic black frames and the playful curves of the house are filled with cozy lounge corners. The spacious and light interiors are equipped to a high standard in a modern serene style, where gray tones, wood, and natural materials predominate.

In the heart of the house is a spacious living room with a comfortable lounge sofa, plus an open kitchen and a dining table for 12 people. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms and a further two double bedrooms in a separate apartment which is also equipped with a living and kitchenette. Ideal for older children, accompanying grandparents, or couples who wish some extra privacy.

Outside in the gorgeous Mediterranean garden with magnificent palm trees, you will find a covered terrace for al-fresco lunches, a shaded lounge area where you can relax with a book, and an outdoor kitchen for perfect summer barbecues. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs for a wonderful siesta. The highlight outside is the roof terrace with unobstructed sea views.

The location of La Hacienda Benissa is perfect for days at the sea, the sandy beach of Cala Baladrar is only 1.3 km away and you will find several alluring beaches within a short drive. To experience authentic village life, head to Benissa inland, and here you will also find various hiking options. On the coast are the lively towns of Calpe, Denía, and Javéa with charming old streets, beautiful beaches, and a choice of excellent restaurants.

La Hacienda Benissa is a beautifully renovated holiday villa with high-quality furnishings and all modern comforts. It has attractive outdoor areas with a private swimming pool. La Hacienda consists of a main house with 4 ensuite bedrooms (which can only be reached from the outside!) and a separate apartment with two bedrooms, making it ideal for a holiday with several families, friends, or accompanying grandparents.

Main house

  • The open-plan living room has a lounge area with a built-in lounge sofa, television, and direct access to the terrace. The dining area for 12 people has a fully equipped kitchen.
  • The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen island/bar with 5 bar stools, and all modern appliances including a dishwasher, 2 combi ovens, an electric hob, a coffee machine, and more.
  • There are four ensuite bedrooms, each with a double bed (200x180cm) with high-comfort Pikolin mattresses, air conditioning, and closet space. The 2 bedrooms are only accessible from the outside. The others have access to the common areas through inside doors. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink, and separate toilet.
  • There is a laundry room (behind the kitchen) with a washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator.

Apartment

  • Cozy round lounge area, breakfast bar, and kitchenette with a sink and coffee machine
  • Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (200x180cm) with high comfort Pikolin mattresses, air conditioning, and closet space.
  • A bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, and separate toilet.

Outside

The villa is hidden in a beautiful Mediterranean garden (650m2) which is completely fenced. In the garden, you will find wonderful places to enjoy the outdoors.
