La Madeleine is a charming holiday home, located in the small village of Oppedette in the south of Provence. Once an old rectory, the house has been carefully renovated without losing its authenticity. The interior is cozy and combines old tiled floors and high beamed ceilings with contemporary furniture and colorful details such as the bedspreads, carpets, cushions, and upholstery of the chairs.

The house has an inviting living/dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped rustic kitchen, and 4 ensuite bedrooms (including one in a studio with private lounge) that can accommodate 8-10 people.

In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will be treated to beautiful views of the foothills of the Alps which you can enjoy from your sun chair by the pool. Children can play on the lawn and in the evening you can dine on the terrace where everyone can find a place at the dining table. If you don't want to cook for a day, a catering service or a chef at home can be arranged!

Located on the edge of the Luberon National Park, La Madeleine is an excellent starting point for hikes and bicycle tours. Just a stone's throw away are the "Gorges of Oppeddete" for an adventurous day-out and, of course, you can't miss the nearby hilltop villages - voted the most beautiful in the Luberon.
