La Melusina has a main structure with 4 bedrooms and incorporated into the structure there is a Suite-Annex with one bedroom the house is surrounded by land for truffle harvesting, stone walls, fruit trees, and centuries-old olive trees.

You can also enjoy the large garden with luxury amenities. Spend sunny hours in the panoramic saltwater swimming pool (8x4m), where you will forget the stress of your hectic life. The solarium is equipped with loungers to admire the sunset. Outside there is also a shower with hot water. For lunch you can choose a meal on the barbecue, the wood oven, or the grill or prepare your own pizza in the pizza oven; outside you will find a patio partly covered by a bioclimatic roof with a cooking area: induction, fridge, dishwasher, table with chairs and a relaxation area with armchairs surrounded by centuries-old plants with a view of the Sibillini mountains. - The large living room has a beautiful tiled floor, a vaulted stone ceiling, and large windows that provide direct access to the garden.
- The living is divided into a dining room - with an impressive table that can accommodate up to 12 people - and a living room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofas by the fireplace. Read a good book, listen to music or watch television (Smart TV available).
- The modern kitchen is equipped with concrete worktops and high-quality equipment such as a built-in gas hob in the kitchen island. Besides, there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, various possibilities to make coffee, a toaster, kettle, dishes, plus kitchen tools and accessories.
- On this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with stone walls, equipped with a walk-in shower, a stone sink, a bidet, and a toilet.
- There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
Upper floor:
- You reach the upper floor via an internal staircase.
- On this floor are three double bedrooms all with a tiled floor, a beamed ceiling, striking decorative headboards, and some antique furniture.
- One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a blue tiled floor, bidet, toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
- There is also a separate bathroom.
- All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Since 2020, La Melusina has an Annex Suite where 2 people can sleep. The Dependance Suite has a king-size double bed with a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette, smart TV, wifi, and air conditioning.
