La Paz is a new ground-floor villa, located in the hinterland of Andalusia. From the town of Sedella, a winding road through the mountains takes you in 10 minutes to the villa. Besides, the last stretch of dirt road is now concreted so accessibility to La Paz has even become easier!
Layout:
- The entrance of the house comes onto a small hallway with access to two of the three bedrooms. An industrial glass door with a steel frame brings you to the spacious living room.
- The living has an inviting concrete built-in seating area with a fireplace and television (plus a PlayStation and a Bluetooth music system). The pillows are comfortable and the decorations elegant. A large window gives a view of the impressive mountain La Maroma.
- The living room opens to the terrace with the dining table at the side of the house, where a green oasis has been created with cacti, olive trees, and succulents.
- A robust wooden dining table is positioned in between the seating area and the open kitchen.
- The kitchen is not only nicely designed, but you will also find everything here for the preparation of your Mediterranean meals. There are two ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a blender, a juicer, etc. A Nespresso machine ensures a good start of the day.
- The graceful bar in the kitchen is the place to make a delicious cocktail.
- In total, there are three bedrooms with air conditioning, elegant bed linen, and an ensuite bathroom.
- Two bedrooms are adjacent to the hallway, one of them has a nicely designed concrete built-in double bed, colorful wall art, and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
- The other bedroom has a concrete double bed that is seamlessly integrated into the white wall, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
- The bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning
- In the open living space, a door leads to a guest toilet and another one to the third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Outside:
- The kitchen brings you to the pool area. Here you will find:
- A wonderful swimming pool (8x4m), that at an additional cost can be heated
- Sun loungers, parasol, and an outdoor shower
- Large BBQ
- A covered lounge with sofas that is reminiscent of a trendy Ibiza chill-out. Here you will probably spend a lot of time during your stay.
- There is as well a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and an extra refrigerator.
Highlight:
La Paz also makes a sustainable contribution with energy-efficient facilities (solar panels, LED lighting), water from natural sources, and integration with the local community. For example, the local goat herder comes to keep all the grasses and herbs on the terrain (20,000 m2) short so that they have natural food, and the olives that are harvested are taken to the local pressing plant.
