La Roucoulade is an inviting gîte for 4 people, situated in a quiet spot in the southern Provence. The gîte is attached to the owners' house and you share the large garden and heated swimming pool with them.

- On the ground floor is the open living/dining room with a 360-degree fireplace, a round dining table, a sideboard, two comfortable sofas, and a television. From the seating area, you have access to the terrace.
- The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, blender, and kettle.
- On this floor, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds (80×200cm), ideal for children, and a bathroom with a shower.
- On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed (160×200cm) or two single beds (80x200) and a terracotta-colored bathroom in waxed concrete with a bathtub.
- The house is equipped with air conditioning.
- If you wish, you can use the sofa bed in the living room for a 5th person.
- You have access to a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- There is a comfortable desk area designed specifically for remote work, with natural light and a calm atmosphere.
Outside
- In the large lush garden is a swimming pool (11x3.8 m and 1m80 deep) that is heated from mid-March to November. It is secured by a roller shutter. Around the pool are sun loungers and parasols. There is also a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a jeu-de-boules court.
- On the shady terrace under the trees is an outdoor table for 6 people and a barbecue to prepare your summer meals.
- There are 2 private parking spaces near the house.
- Finally, you will find various games (indoor and outdoor) for the children, golf clubs, and a ping-pong table.
The owners offer extra services against payment and on request, such as:
