Lamia del Riccio is a typical Apulian house set in the Ostuni countryside on a 1-hectare site with olive trees. It is a perfect holiday home for nature lovers and those that are looking for complete relaxation. The house is characterized by inviting, and intimate spaces inside and includes two bedrooms in the wings of the central ‘lamia’ plus a master bedroom with a beautiful carved bathroom in an adjoining ‘trullo’. In addition, there are fantastic amenities outside, such as a large covered outdoor terrace, a sun terrace at the poolside, and a lawn.

• In the central part, you will find the open living; in the lounge area is a (sleeping) sofa and two chairs.
• A door in the living room leads to one of the two ensuite bedrooms in this central area. It is equipped with a double bed, and patio doors give access to the terrace. The ensuite bathroom of this room has a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.
• In the living, you will find the modern open kitchen/kitchenette with a beautiful dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, blender, juicer, kettle, coffee maker (including Nespresso and Moka) as well as crockery and cooking utensils. A door in the kitchen opens onto the terrace.
• A door in the kitchen gives access to the second ensuite bedroom with a double bed and built-in cupboards on either side. The ensuite bathroom of this room has a sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.
• Separate from the central ‘lamia’ is the master bedroom with a double bed, two built-in wardrobes, and a door to the outside.
• The beautiful fully carved ensuite bathroom can be reached via a staircase, but also via outside. In this beautiful mix of old and new, you will find a bidet, a toilet, a unique double sink, and a shower with two showerheads.

All rooms have a TV, mosquito nets, and black-out curtains as well as personal care products in the bathrooms. Inside and outside, there is WIFI-internet.

Outside:

• The holiday home is set on a large 1ha site with olive trees and a lawn.
• In the garden is a swimming pool (1.60 m deep) with an adjoining sun terrace with beds and loungers.
• The covered outdoor terrace has a brick-built kitchen that is fully equipped with, among others, a one-burner induction hob, a small fridge, a dishwasher, a dining table for 10-12 people, a Weber grill, and an attractive lounge area with various sofas and chairs.
• The property has a private, alarmed parking space with an electric gate to access the parking spaces and the property.
• The external laundry room is furnished with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
• The garden is fully lit in the evening.
