When booking you must make a deposit of 30% of the booking amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total booking amount must be paid immediately. From the booking date until 61 days before the check-in day, you may cancel free of charge. From 60 - 31 days before the check-in day, you will pay 10% of the rent. From 30 days to 8 days before the check-in day, you pay 75% of the rent. From 7 days to the check-in day, you pay 100% of the rent.
The owners ask for a deposit of 1,000 euros, this amount must be paid by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded to you on the day of departure if you leave the accommodation in a tidy condition and no damage has been found.

Las Piñas is located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute drive from the old town of Jávea (4 km) on the Costa Blanca. Jávea is a perfect Mediterranean beach destination, with a long coastline offering a wide choice of beaches, such as the sandy cove of El Arenal (7km) and the stunning Playa La Granadella (15km) - one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain - where you can sunbathe, snorkel, or rent a canoe or paddleboard.
Jávea also has a charming historic center with a wide range of restaurants and bars.
The holiday villa is located at the foot of the Montgó massif, which will attract the attention of sporty guests. This gigantic rock (753m) is located northwest of the city and with a good pair of walking boots you can climb the top. Once at the top you can look down on the bay and the beautiful surroundings.
Also worth a visit are the nearby coastal towns of Altea (40 km) and Dénia (12 km). The old town of Altea is typically Spanish, with a pretty central square and small cobbled streets lined with white houses. But Altea also has inviting beaches and a boulevard with terraces and restaurants.
The symbol of the historic city of Dénia is its castle which offers an incredible view of the old town. The city has a unique mix of modern architecture and old quarters. The coastline of Dénia is divided into two parts: Las Rotas, characterized by rocky and quiet coves, and Las Marinas, with its long sandy beaches. Here you will find plenty of water sports options!
The city of Valencia is about 1.5 hours away and is the place to go for city and culture lovers. The squares of Valencia are full of life and the city has a rich cultural heritage, which brings a unique atmosphere. Foodies looking for a real taste of Valencia cannot leave the city without trying a paella. The beaches of Valencia - with fine golden sand - are perfect for a few hours of sun and relaxation.
The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernandez (100 km) and Valencia Airport is 120 km away (about 1.5 hours drive).
