Directly on the sea in the unspoiled environment of Pefkali, on the Greek Peloponnese peninsula, is Laspi perfectly integrated into the natural landscape. Laspi consists of two houses - Petres and Skoni - that stand out for their remarkable architecture and modern design in concrete, wood, and terracotta. Inside you will find a contemporary design with custom furniture, largely designed by the artist Alexandros Douras, and eye-catching works of art. Finished with large sliding doors and 4-meter-high bedroom windows, you can enjoy the spectacular sea view from every room.

Each house accommodates 6 guests, with an open plan living and fully fitted kitchen on the ground floor and three en suite bedrooms on the first floor. At the front of the houses is a private infinity pool that seems to merge into the azure blue sea. At the back, is a shaded terrace with a large dining table where you can enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or long evenings under the starry sky.

Directly below the house is a jetty where you can dive into the sea and a short distance away you will find several beaches for sunbathing or water sports. A SUP board is available in the house and free to use! If you want to explore the surrounding area, you can go biking or discover the ancient Greek cities of Nafplion and Epidaurus, after which you can return home to relax in peace surrounded by every comfort.
