The excellently maintained domain Laudonie is beautifully situated in the hills of the Dordogne.

The heart of the 53-hectare estate is the pretty courtyard surrounded by the Manoir and three tower houses that can accommodate up to 16 people and 2 small children.

The house has two floors, each consisting of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms fitted with a shower and toilet (except a bathroom fitted with a bath).

On the ground floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry room.

The living areas open onto the terraced garden overlooking the valley. This is the ideal place to have breakfast, to rest in the shade in the afternoon or to enjoy the setting sun.

Layout North Tower | 2 persons

The North Tower, spread over two floors, has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a private terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.

Layout Westtoren | 2 persons

The West Tower, spread over two floors, is similar in accommodation to the North Tower and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and its own terrace. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and a shower and toilet in the bathroom.

Layout East Tower | 2 persons

Spread over two floors, it is comparable in accommodation to the North and West tower and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and its own terrace. The ensuite bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and a shower and toilet in the bathroom.

Layout South Tower | 4 persons

The south tower is the smallest of the four, the house has an attractive living room, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. An ideal place for older children / adults.

All rooms are equipped with towels for the bathroom and pool, Wifi, and a safe.

Outside:

• The 53-hectare estate is very well cared for and has a communal swimming pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers. The pool is unheated and accessible from April / May to October.
• The pool house is equipped with a sauna, a toilet, a shower, a changing cabin and a kitchenette.
• There is also a tennis court (open all year round) and a jeu de boules court

Service:

• Fresh croissants can be delivered daily for a fee
• On arrival a breakfast package with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter, jam and chocolate spread.

Particularities:

The caretaker's house is located behind the pool. A wall lined with greenery guarantees a sense of privacy. The concierge is at your service for troubleshooting and answering questions.
