With nine bedrooms, multiple lounges and a chef-equipped kitchen, the property accommodates up to 18 guests – ideal for families, friends or corporate retreats seeking serenity and sophistication. All beds can be split and prepared as twin beds on request.

Ground floor:

• The stately entrance hall opens into bright living spaces with panoramic views of the estate.
• On one side lies an elegant living room with a fireplace and a spacious dining area for up to twenty guests, opening onto the terrace and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for convivial dinners: large oven, two refrigerators, wine cooler, espresso machine, kettle, induction hob, Quooker tap, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and blender.
• On the opposite side, a second, more intimate lounge houses a library and TV corner - perfect for quiet moments. 
• Also on this floor: a bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, accessible for guests with reduced mobility, plus a guest toilet and utility room.

First floor:

• Four generous bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a sitting area or private lounge, and an en-suite bathroom. Some feature freestanding tubs with countryside views.
• A central landing lounge with library and board games connects the rooms and overlooks the gardens – a serene space for reading or sharing a drink.

Second floor:

• Four additional bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub – ideal for families or teenagers seeking extra privacy.

Outdoors:

• Set within 40,000 m² of parkland, the estate features several terraces, each capturing a different view of the grounds.
• The heated swimming pool (open April–October) forms the heart of outdoor life, surrounded by loungers and Mediterranean plants. 
• Other highlights include a sauna, padel court, boules court, giant chessboard, yoga mats, and (e-)bikes for exploring.
• Families can enjoy outdoor games such as badminton, darts, and table football. 
• There’s a large private car park for up to 20 cars with an EV charging point, and an optional electric golf cart for getting around the grounds.
