Originally, Le Edicole consisted of three independent buildings, which have now been restored and brought together. With a total of 5 bedrooms, there is room for 10 people. The country house is surrounded by over 3000 m² of private land with a spacious terrace and a beautiful swimming pool.

Ground floor

• Entrance leading to the open plan dining and living room. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area with TV and further on the dining table and a small desk. In the living room you will also find a Hifi music system.
• Further on, you will find the spacious kitchen with breakfast table. The kitchen is simply furnished, but has good facilities, including: an electric combi-oven, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, gas cooker, toaster, dishwasher.
• Bedroom with double bed. 
• Bedroom with two single beds, which can also be made up as a double bed. 
• Bathroom, equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.

First floor

• Two double bedrooms. One of these rooms has an extra French bed on a mezzanine, suitable for 1 extra person. 
• Separate bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower.
• One bedroom with double bed, balcony with seat and ensuite bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

Annex

• In this annex, adjacent to the art studio, you will find a spacious two-person bedroom with ensuite bathroom, equipped with washbasin, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. 
   
• WiFi is present everywhere. 
• There is a washing machine. 
• The house does not have air conditioning, but the thick old walls keep the house reasonably cool in summer. 

Outside areas | 3000 m²

• Large courtyard garden with various seating areas.
• Swimming pool of 14 by 5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.90 metres. Around the pool you will find fine sunbeds, walled benches with cushions and an outdoor shower. 
• Dining table for an al-fresco dinner. 
• There are parking spaces on the property. 
• The garden is fenced and accessible through an electric gate.
