Le Mas des Ecoliers is a stunning holiday home for the whole family, situated in the sunny Provence in the South of France. The owners Marie & Benjamin wanted to create a place where you can enjoy a carefree holiday, also with small children or a large family. The result is a family-friendly holiday home, with a large garden and great facilities. Let yourself be surprised by this special place and taste the Provencal way of living that Le Mas des Ecoliers has to offer.

The farmhouse has been warmly and tastefully decorated and has all the facilities you need to feel at home, even on your holiday. Several different types of wood have been used, which gives the whole a soothing but also a rural feel. WIth five bedrooms, there is space for up to 12 people. Each bedroom has its own characterful decoration and a modern bathroom. In addition, there is a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and vintage furniture. Further on, you will find the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. On summer days, you can buy fresh produce at the local market and light the electric plancha to enjoy a barbecue on the adjoining terrace.

Outside is a spacious, green garden with a spacious lawn and of course the cooling swimming pool. The pool is fenced, ideal for small children. In addition, there is enough space for everyone to play, dine, read a book or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. For nice daytrips in the area, Le Mas des Ecoliers is also the right place: close to the house, you will find the charming village of Châteaurenard, where you can visit the castle. Also the lively city of Avignon and several nice places along the Rhone are within reach. Furthermore, you can reach the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea within an hour.

Nice vacation rental for 8 people with private pool in Provence

Layout Le Mas des Ecoliers:
195 m²

Ground floor:

Entrance with guest toilet.
Living room with several lounge areas, wood stove, TV and a dining table.
Further on you will find the large, modern kitchen, equipped with: espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and further cooking utensils. There is also a bottle steriliser and warmer for guests with babies.
Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The groundfloor does not have steps and is suitable for people with less mobility. Due to narrow doors, it is not suitable for wheelchairs.

First floor:

2 Bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower.
Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), which can also be made up as two single beds.
Bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a mezzanine with two sleeping places for children (over 6 years).
Separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.

Covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, with a dining table and an electric plancha.
Swimming pool of 5 x 10 metres, with a maximum depth of 1,5 metres.
Around the pool are sunbeds.
A large lawn surrounds the house.
There are parking spaces for 4-5 cars.
The owners live in the house next to Le Mas des Ecoliers.

For guests with small children there are several facilities, such as: high chair and cot, pram (on request), stair gate, bouncer and bath ring for baby, changing mat, booster seat and car seat (on request), baby monitor, bottle warmer and a bottle steriliser. Convenient, so you don't have to take everything with you!
Various optional services are available, such as: massages, babysitter, yoga lessons, private chef, wine tasting, personalised private tourist tour, electric scooter rental, etc.
