The huge garden consists of three separate sections – it begins with a lush and stunning patio area, brimming with lavender and jasmine, and where the building that houses each of the seven apartments is located. A separate pool area, with a large swimming pool, sun beds, and lawn can be found to the side of the property.

WATER AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION

• There is no air conditioning installed, except in the meeting rooms.
• Energy-efficient radiators, LEDs, and solar-powered lighting are used.
• Guests can choose to dry their laundry on drying racks instead of in the tumble dryers.
• In summer, the green spaces are not watered and the pools are not emptied

LOCAL PRODUCTION AND 0-KM

• Bottled mineral water is used at the table, the menus are based on local seasonal products, "home-made" products, and olive oil from our own olive groves.
• For the amenities, ethically sourced and locally manufactured products have been chosen, in addition, shampoo and shower gel are supplied in refillable containers and organic and local products are used in the Spa (Oxfalia©)
