In the middle of the countryside of southern France, in the shade of old plane trees, stands in the bend of a river Moulin de Pézenas. The old mill was completely transformed in 2016 into this exceptional family home for 10 people. Time seems to stand still here, the sound of the river and the beauty of nature invite you to sit back and relax. The residence offers a unique experience in an exceptional setting.

An idyllic footbridge leads to the front door of the old mill. Inside the imposing, pentagonal house, you will discover the mill's historical past. The original structure and atmosphere have been preserved, and at the same time the house is equipped with modern comforts. The interior is a beautiful mix of wooden furniture and decorations found on antique markets. This gives the house a lot of character and immediately provides the typical southern French holiday feeling. From the spacious living room with its high ceilings, everywhere you look you will find the view of the dreamy landscape. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has 2 single beds. Each bedroom is coloured in light and bright tones, has carefully selected bed linen and has its own bathroom. In the classic and well-equipped kitchen you can cook for the whole company or you can choose to have your meals brought by a local chef. 

The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with views of the river and neighbouring vineyards. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal while listening to the sounds of the river. You can also swim in the clear water of the river Hérault for summer cooling. In the garden you can get lost between pine trees, pink laurels, fig trees and 100 year old plane trees. Spend the morning in the medieval Pézenas, with centuries old buildings, boutiques and winding streets or visit one of the other villages nearby.
