Le Rey is a recently renovated 18th-century Mas, located in the southwest of France in the Occitania region.

Together with local artisans, the Belgian owner has spent four years in the renovation of the farmhouse. The house is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by rolling fields and immaculate nature. The deafening silence and the view of the Pyrenees leave no one indifferent. A perfect place for an unforgettable trip with family, friends, or colleagues in a unique location where charm, intimacy, nature, and modern comfort are optimally combined.

There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, 18 beds, and possibly two additional sleeping places if the sofa bed is used. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are two Side-by-Side refrigerators, two dishwashers, a large cooking island, and outside you can use the Kamado Joe grill.

Both young and old will find excellent facilities to keep them busy all day long. Relax on the sun loungers by the large heated pool or find a quiet spot in the garden. Children will enjoy playing farm golf, the petanque court or can even build a camp in the woods.

On chilly days, you will neither get bored for a moment inside. You can play billiards, ping pong, table soccer, air hockey, board games, and there are even a furnished banquet room and a bar/café. Thus, plenty of entertainment!

Ideally located an hour from the mountains and the sea, Le Rey is not only an ideal destination for a summer holiday but also for the winter with skiing opportunities within a short drive. Culture lovers have a choice of abbeys and notorious castles to visit (also fun for the kids!) and find typical French charm in cities such as Carcassonne (32km), Foix (50km), and Toulouse (80km).

In short, while staying in Le Rey, you will not be short of anything!

A heavenly place for a larger family or group of friends

Le Rey has an area of 720 m2 and was completely renovated in 2018 and furnished with the most modern amenities without detracting from the centuries-old architecture and history.

The renovation has ensured that everyone, even larger groups, can find enough intimacy and tranquility. This thanks to high-quality insulation, sufficient bathrooms, and the creation of various corners with unique views and charm. Even for smaller groups, the house remains warm and pleasant thanks to its well-thought-out layout.
